MUMBAI EXCURSION
The Kanha Makhan Millennium School embarked on another milestone journey through its educational tour to Mumbai (for class 8th and 9th students) on 7th February 2023.The trip was special and unique in many ways as it was conducted through teaching and learning “on-wheels”, where students were divided into various groups with assigned mentors (from school faculty). This exposed them to the world in which they entered into unique and individual perspectives in line with the world view.The tour was flagged off on 7th of February from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai. Many students were amazed with travelling in first flight especially with their friends. The champs were taken for the sightseeing of Gateway of India, Prince Wales Museum, one of India’s most prestigious art and history museums. Hanging Garden located in Malabar hills and Nehru Planetarium and many more worth visiting places. The students were also taken to Shree Siddhi Vinayak temple. Student had an amazing and exciting visit to Imagica Theme Park, which consists of about 25 theme rides including India’s largest indoor Snow Park, and the largest roller coaster, 4D stimulation rides and the Nitro Roller Coaster. The students at leisure also went to Chaupatty, Antilia – Ambani Tower, and street shopping where they enjoyed various local delicious delicacies. After a four day excursion i.e. on 10th of February students returned back to the town with a collection of wonderful and exquisite memories.
