KMMS World Book Day
On the occasion of World Book Day, in Kanha Makhan Millennium School World Book Day week was celebrated in which various competitions were conducted. One competition by the name of Book Brief-Presentation was conducted among the students. Students were asked to read any book of their choice and present the book content in brief through the medium of Power Point Presentation. It was held in two categories- Category 1 for 6th to 8th and category 2 for 9th to 12th. Yash & Ishank (7B) and Ananya Upadhyay (9D) got first in category 1 and 2 subsequently. Devang & Manan (7D) and Mayank (8A) bagged the second position. Chaitnya & Kushgra (6A) achieved third position in the competition. PowerPoint Presentations are the most effective mode of communication, using which every type of data can be well organized and presented. It has greater scope for creativity, technology usage, and logical arrangement of data and knowledge. There was a great enthusiasm among the students to present the book brief utilizing their skills in Power Point. Participants showed their creativity by using different features of Power Point like- transitions, animations, audio- video features, etc.
