Cutouts of Fruits, Pictures And Real Fruits
Tiny tots are more responsive to visuals than theory when it comes to learning. Little kids have good grasping power and extremely high learning capacity, if exposed to the right platform. To motivate this thought, Kanha Makhan Millennium School conducted a practical learning activity for kindergarten students. The activity was done to make students understand the concept of ‘Seeds’ more clearly. As part of the activity students identified the shapes of the fruits through a real-learning process which included cutouts of fruits, pictures and real fruits. Teachers explained the concept of one seed, no seed and many seeds to kids by dissecting the fruits and showing them practically. The activity was truly informative followed by a fruit party which was a wonderful experience for kids. Here is a glimpse of the activity.
